01Agreement to these terms
By accessing the Solaria Consulting site, the visitor agrees to these terms. If they do not agree, they should not use the site.
02What this site is
This is an informational marketing website describing Solaria Consulting's services. Nothing on it constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting an enquiry does not create a contract.
03Services and pricing
Prices shown on the Solaria Consulting site are indicative starting prices for productized setups and are subject to a written scope. The tiers are:
- Spark: AED 1,000 setup
- Engine: AED 2,500 setup
- Command: AED 4,000 setup
- Run and Optimize: AED 500 to 1,000 per month
All prices are in AED. VAT is not included where applicable. Prices may change. The price applying to any engagement is the price stated in the signed client agreement.

Solaria Consulting provides marketing and operational infrastructure only and does not offer regulated financial services or advice. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Where a client operates in a licensed or regulated sector, that client remains solely responsible for the regulatory compliance of all published material.
06Out of scope
Solaria Consulting does not build ecommerce functionality, checkout systems, payment processing, or order management, and does not provide advertising spend or media buying.
07Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, design, code, and the Solaria name and logo, is owned by Solaria Consulting and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission. Intellectual property in client work transfers to the client on full payment as set out in the signed client agreement.
08Third party links
The Solaria Consulting site links to third party services including WhatsApp and Google Calendar. Solaria is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
09Availability
The Solaria Consulting site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Solaria may modify or withdraw the site or any part of it without notice.
10Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solaria Consulting is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, including loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
12Changes
Solaria Consulting may revise these terms. The current version is always the one posted here.
